I had a really bad day at work. We had to go in early, for a meeting, and I figured they would announce the new tier 2. Now, I already knew it wasn't me, and knew it wasn't Mindy. We were both positive it was Brandy. Next thing I know, Eric is announcing Chris as the new tier 2.

My heart dropped. Brandy had been here the longest, then Mindy, Me, and than falling behind me is Chris. I couldn't believe that they had given someone on a different shift, who had the least experience from here.

I don't care that I didn't get it, but assumed that at least Brandy or Mindy could get that. I mean Mindy and I already work 2nd shift, yet for some reason neither of us were considered. The for us, Brandy, Mindy, Chris, and I, all got the senior tech position at the same time. I always thought Chris kinda got it out of necessity, versus real experience. But to see him in 7 months move to tier 2, made me sick.

I went home, I couldn't stomach it, I literally cried over this. I couldn't believe it happened, I just can't wrap my brain around. I just didn't wanna do it anymore, I wanted to find a new job.

So here I am, posting here, and half the reason I posed this was because I read my numerology report, and it just made me realize, I can't give up. I have to just keep going, I swear they can't keep fucking me over. I talked to the guy who got me the job, and he seems to think we got passed over because we're female, and god if I could only prove that I would.

Alright, I have to be careful about how I do this, but I just have to post something that happened to me yesterday. At work, the owner of this company calls in, he says who he is. He starts going into this thing about not knowing who I was, that he had never worked with me before. He tells me he's not sure if I can help him with this, that it might be something a Tier 2 had to do. The problem was, he had almost 3,000 emails in his inbox, and just wanted them to clear out.

Now here's the thing, most of the time, when you have that many emails, you can't see your inbox, just the navigation to the left. I told him I could do it for him, got his name and number, and said I'd call him when it was finished. Normally in this case, you can't do shit. You either kill the account, or you manually imap the emails, and delete them.

Standard procedure, I log into the webmail to see what's going on. To my suprise, I can see the inbox, and can navigate, I can delete! I shake my head and realized I stuck myself with the pain in the ass task of deleting these emails. There are no free computers, and that's just another screen in my way. So I have to manually delete these emails, 15 at a time. I know sometimes people are smarter than there own good, but this guy was just lazy.
