This website marks the beginning of a new time in my life. No longer am I making websites to appeal to the masses, nor do I plan on adding content based on the current trends. It is soley to be what I want it to be. Everything on here, is here for a reason. While it might be lacking in quantity, the goal is to produce quality. It won't always be this small, but for now, it serves its purpose.

When I first started making websites, it was because alot of other people I knew were making them too. I saw what was out there and said I can do better. I never did get the graphics part down, and I probably never will. I've always been more concerned about what it said. Simple nice layouts have always appealed to me. Granted every once in awhile I get upset with myself for never cultivating my design skills, but then I realize that's not what I care about.

To date this has to be the most personal site I've owned. It is designed to be about me, for me, and whatever I want. I have a few reasons why I decided to have a site again. The first reason was I missed it. There's something about having your own little slice on this vastly huge internet. You get to decide what it says, what it looks like, and everything that goes along with it. If you don't like how something looks or works, you have the power to change or fix it. No matter if nobody visits this site but people I've known for years, it's still my little spot.

Another reason I came back to the internet was lack of something to do. I survived over a year without having the internet, and I know I can live with out. I don't need this to go on every day. When I finally got the internet back, I had completely forgotten what to do. I didn't remember any of the old things I used to do. Thanks to MySpace.com, html somewhat stayed in my mind. Couldn't completely get away from it. So thus became my goal, to create a site that fits who I am now.

My goals for this site is to be 100% personal, but at the same time still entertaining for those people who do stumble across my little spot on the www. Down the road, I do plan on getting my own domain again, and investing money in this hobby. For now though, I'm quite content here at AustinRose.org. I can't thank Sam, and Brooke enough for giving me space on their domain.

After quite a bit of deliberation, I decided to name the site, "My Everything". The site will forever be dedicated to my wonderful husband Jimbo, because that's what he is for me, my everything. I hope to always keep this site true to who I am, what I stand for.
